Eternal Roses:

Our eternal roses are delicate product but require very minimal care. Follow our detailed care instructions to maintain its beauty for many years of memories. 

• Do not water the roses as it will damage the roses.
• Do not expose the roses to direct sunlight as it may cause color bleaching. Store in a cool or room temperature environment. 
• If dust collects, gently clean with a soft duster or a stream of dry air.
• Do not handle or touch the roses unless absolutely necessary. The natural oils in our hands can damage the flower and repeated touching will break off pieces of the petals. The best practice is to keep touching to a minimum.
• Do not remove from the box or place anything into the floral arrangement as they can crush and damage the florals.
• You may place the lid on the side or bottom of the box.

Dried Floral Arrangements:

Dried floral arrangements can last forever with proper care! With proper care, storage, and low humidity, it maintain their shape and color for several years. For best results, follow these tips or reach out to us with any questions.

• Avoid humidity and don't place in water. 
• Do not expose to direct sunlight. For extra protection, spray with an aerosol UV protectant. 
• If dust collects, gently clean with a soft duster or a stream of dry air.
